Graham School of Dance || How to join

We would be delighted to send you a Prospectus Pack, which will have all the details you need to enrol your child/yourself.

Please e mail us on info@grahamschoolofdance.co.uk or ring the dance school answerphone, leaving your telephone number, address, and age of your child – we will then send you a prospectus folder, with details of possible classes, costs, Enrolment Form, Terms & Conditions etc – please then contact us to confirm which class(es) you would like your child to join and check there is space, then come along to the first lesson and hand your enrolment form to the class teacher. It is VITAL we have your contact details from the very first lesson.

Lesson payment: On receipt of the Enrolment Form from your child’s teacher, the School Secretary will post you an invoice for the lessons remaining for the term (unless your child is taking more than one class, in which case, see below). Cheques should be made out to Graham Dance Ltd, and posted to the office address or handed to an Administrator.

BACS payments are welcomed – please contact Dawn, the School Secretary. Cash payments must ONLY be made to an Administrator and a receipt should be obtained. If a pupil takes one class per week, invoices are sent termly; pupils taking 2 or more classes per week are invoiced monthly, to help parents spread the cost. All fees are payable within 14 days of receipt – late fees will be payable and accrue if your remittance is not received.
